The first Midge Direction is based on fishing proposed by Haruhiko Murakami. The level direction takes it even further. Haruhiko Murakami has adapted these fishing methods to modern fishing and created a rod that is easy for anyone to use.
Based on the full tubular taper balance of the first generation Midge Direction, it has been extended by 6 inches to improve castability. By giving it a sense of power of the level direction class, it realizes line slack control with a unique tubular tip even when casting far.
